Where are you heading to next Melissa?

Hi Melissa

On my return from India after a hectic business trip it makes a change for me telling you that I had a very successful trip… and not you telling me how successful your trips have been!

I hate to disappoint you but I was not staying in opulent Maharajas’ palaces all over India – I know that’s the sort of luxury accommodation YOU dream of, but business is business. And business, as it happens, went very well – lots of interest in Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ with more and more travel agents and their clients searching around the world for very special small boutique hotels with character – just like you.

Which brings me to the all-important question:  which part of the globe are you planning to travel to next? And which of the SLH luxury retreats are you heading for?

Can SLH followers recommend their favourite hotels to Melissa, and tell her why they are special?

  1. Thank you for any other informative blog. Where else may I
am getting that kind of info written in such an ideal way?
I’ve a venture that I am just now operating on, and I’ve been at the look out for
    such info.

My favorite SLH properties in my region of the world to date have been:

Casa Colonial -Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, for its recreation of an opulent residential colonial mansion – individual attention, best spa on the Dominican coast, and wonderful rooftop vistas of the bay.

Spice Island Beach Resort – St. Georges, Grenada, for its self-contained small luxury villa design, elegant public areas with plenty of openness and light, attentive Grenadian staff.
