About Melissa

Hi, my name is Melissa, a single mid 30′s part time writer living in the English capital, precisely Fulham in South West London. English born and bred with a twist of Italian has given me the opportunity to travel around Europe from a young age but still aspiring to keep travelling and visiting as many of the 70 countries where there is a striking unique SLH hotel residing in. I’ve been very fortunate that SLH love my dry wit, sarcastic humour and my down to earth daily encounters that they asked me to write for their luxury travel blog which is the #2 Luxury Travel Blog in the UK, well done us!

What’s different about my blog for SLH is it’s an honest daily diary of my travels (foreign and local) and my daily life in general – with photos! I write it the way I see it which I hope you, as the reader will relate to.

Get to know me whilst I write for Small Luxury Hotel of the Worlds luxury travel blog. Share my travel experiences and daily life which definitely has its good and bad days here in London with my dysfunctional family; check out what I’m up to and where I am -namely all over the place…

Take a look at my dedicated board on SLH’s Pinterest here and follow us @SLHLuxuryHotels for daily updates on luxury travel, news on the extraordinary SLH hotels and the first for all competitions ( who wouldn’t want to win a 3 night stay of your choice at any of their hotels!)

Enjoy this ride with me and SLH

Melissa x
